When you feel a person has ‘hurt’ you… don’t immediately re-act. 

Take a pause. Take a deep slow breath. 

Look at the situation as a 3rd person 

You may then see how ‘hurt’ this person is himself. 
He is the Zero person. 
You are his prop, a puppet. 

Is it because you allowed and became easily accessible to be used as a puppet? 

When you see the situation as a 3rd person, as a fly in that wall, see with empathy, see his hurt, your re-action will be different. 

This gives you the ability to control how you react and how not to become the ‘Zero’ person and be a ‘Hero’ of your life.
